MORRIS/ HUITT-ZOLLARSARCHITECTURAL INTERN
Worked in the education department, primarily working on 6 k-12 schools (elementary, middle and high schools) and 1 higher education project.
Assisted on an urban planning proposal and TXDOT proposals. Primarily focused on construction documentation through bid, issue for construction, and RFI’s for addendum and aided in LEED documentations.
Aided in name transition with leading work at Product Runway and AIA Sandcastle 2017.

Worked on various civic projects, master plans, 1 government facility and renovations.
Assisted on various proposal and project interview material, in addition to helping the client prepare material to ensure project funding.
Focuses on conceptualization of designs, preparing marketing material, construction and GMP documentation, permiting, and addressing submittals, ASI’s and RFI’s.
Additional responsibilities include: in-house IT support, VR, 3D printing, and is part the of revit standards group

2016 | The result of working with Morphosis principal Thom Mayne. The work was produced in the three parts - vacancy, energy, and no zoning -to address the way architecture in Houston typically is addressed. The studio was published online with Mayne’s impressions of the work and his impression of Houston as a major city.

THE HILL | MASTERPLAN
A three phase project that aims to redevelop the east end of Houston to address the ecological changes the city need to address to combat future flooding while connected downtown with the community in a new way; all while centering around a new multipurpose stadium park.
SHIFT | ARCHITECTURE
Shift: The Houston Music Museum’s site presented an interesting opportunity within the city. Along Houston's evolving culture are the ones that the site is consumed by everyday matters of the average Houstonian; business, leisure, and what takes us between the two, the car. The museum is designed to preserve the Houston music culture while reacting to the city itself.
THE FOREST | MASTERPLAN + ARCHITECTURE
A Mindfulness Retreat on a pine covered farm just outside of Navasota. The goal is to not only make powerful spaces,but also to create an overall sense of place. Honing into the idea of separation from the outsidebusy and cluttered world and re-enter to a space where you’re allowed to be in complete mindfulness.
